Assurix is a compliance automation platform built for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). It centralises compliance and security posture data from across an MSP's tool stack — PSA, RMM, security, customer satisfaction, and security awareness training — into a single compliance dashboard.
MSPs use Assurix to track their security posture, generate compliance evidence, and demonstrate their security maturity to customers through the Assurix Trustmark.
The KnowBe4 integration connects Assurix to KnowBe4's Reporting API to automatically collect security awareness training (SAT) metrics. Once connected, Assurix continuously monitors the MSP's KnowBe4 account and surfaces key security awareness metrics alongside the rest of their compliance data.

Once the integration is connected, Assurix collects and displays the following metrics:

| Active Phishing Campaigns | Number of currently active phishing security tests |
| Training Enrolment Count | Total number of active training enrolments |
| Training Modules Past Due | Number of training enrolments that are past their due date |
| Training Campaigns Past Due | Number of active training campaigns with at least one past-due enrolment |
Metrics are surfaced within the Assurix platform as part of the MSP's compliance monitoring dashboard.
